ScallyWag Grill

I am not normally a burger guy, especially at corporate places, but this place is nothing, if not corporate. I got the Kraken burger and it was really amazing. And I was expecting crummy diner fries and was surprised at how good they were!!! Definitely a high recommendation.

Highly recommend. The food is really good. Great local spot. The food comes out quickly. Definitely get the butter beer. Staff has always been friendly. They make it very easy to order ahead and pick up through the app especially in the winter. There is not inside seating or bathrooms though. Drive through, park and order through the app or order at the window and outdoor seating.

My girlfriend and I were adventuring and wanted to get a bite to eat after exploring Huntsville. We came across Scallywag, and the unique names that matched the restaurant name definitely caught our eyes! Lo and behold, it was worth the gander! We were greeted at the window promptly by the owner! He asked how we were doing and about our day before even getting to our orders, talk about friendly! He treated us as if we were old friends. We asked about the menu and what some of the popular choices are, and he told us about the history of Scallywag's. I got the Heave Ho, and it turns out that's one that often gets overlooked. It was delectable! My girlfriend got The Man Overboard, and both of us finished our burgers in what felt like record time! Compliments to the husband and wife team manning the ship! They make some killer burgers! Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! Thanks again!

Best burger I’ve had in the valley. Bonus points for providing gluten free bread. Reasonably priced with a good selection of sodas. Good conversation with the owners as well, they know the area. If you’re in the area don’t miss it!

Ordered the man over board and the buccaneer for the little one. Food was hot, came out quick and was delicious. The burger was cooked well but more importantly the egg was cooked to perfection with yolk runny but not to the point it ran everywhere making a mess. Will definitely be coming back.

Best place to go after skiing! Burger was delicious, fries are perfect, and the owners are so so nice! 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I love taking the beautiful drive into the valley to stop by this delicious grill! My kids get so excited to see the pirate ship in front. Nobody is better at making EVERY bite more delicious. Genuinely feels like they truly care about your experience eating their food. Their food is about the same price as every where else but their burger is better and cheaper! I recommend this grill to everyone I know 10/10

Best Burgers and Fries ever! If I didn't live in Georgia, I'd definitely make this my regular spot! Must try!
